Independent handling of criminal investigations and clarification of facts in factual and legal terms Responsibility for ordering coercive measures and issuing penal orders Non-prosecution and dismissal orders Handling of objection cases Representation of the prosecution in court (first and second instance) Involvement in the on-call service of the public prosecutor's office Opportunity to specialize in the cyber area and take over media work
Completed law degree in legal studies (lic. iur. / MLaw) Lawyer's license, doctorate or completion of "CAS Forensics I" or "CAS Forensics II" is an advantage Professional experience in criminal prosecution and subject-related further training Ability to work in a team and prioritize casework High resilience, assertiveness, decisiveness and efficient working style Willingness to perform regular on-call duty Awareness of role-appropriate and factual interaction with all parties involved
