About the job
As a committed specialist, the quality of life of older people is a central concern for you. You value good teamwork and are open to innovative working methods such as Grade-Skill-Mix. In this newly created position as Specialist Nurse for the Belp living environment, you report directly to the nursing management and help to ensure and further develop the quality of care. You are responsible for integrating overarching concepts and assessments from Domicil into everyday nursing practice and support the staff in implementation (development, implementation and evaluation of nursing guidelines and standards).
You are prepared to spend at least 50 percent of your employment in direct care. Usually, you work from Monday to Friday, and participating in practical work is a matter of course for you.
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- CAS Intercare or CAS in geriatric nursing or interest in obtaining this – Domicil is happy to support you with this further training, including time-wise
- At least 3 years of professional experience in long-term care
