About the job
The three Lätten schools in Fällanden, Bommern in Pfaffhausen, and Buechwis in Benglen, located in the three village parts of the municipality, together form the Fällanden school. Around 250 teachers and staff teach and care for over 1,200 students at our schools.
Lätten: a trained special education teacher approx. 53% (maternity cover)
From August 17, 2026 to January 29, 2027, we are looking for a trained special education teacher, 16 lessons approx. 53% (maternity cover) for our students at the Lätten school building in Fällanden.
Workload of 16 lessons approx. 53%
Class 1st grade, lower level: 12 lessons special education (IF and ISR) and 4 lessons team teaching. All lessons are with the same class.
Schedule Monday, Tuesday, and Friday morning
Located in the middle of the Fällanden village part, right next to the Zwicky factory and nestled in the beautiful landscape near Lake Greifen, is the Lätten school, the largest of three primary schools in the municipality of Fällanden. Around 500 children attend grades 1 through 6 here. Also integrated into the Lätten school building are six kindergartens.
What we expect from you:
- Teaching diploma recognized in Switzerland for primary level. Ideally, you have a Master of Arts in Special Needs Education (HfH)
- High social competence, teamwork skills, and reliability in daily work
