IT Working Student Asset Management Real Estate

Swiss Life Asset Managers operates a modern digital Real Estate IT platform that covers all European real estate units. At the center is our Real Estate Asset & Fund Management Tool, which supports both local and pan-European business. This key application offers comprehensive functions for asset and fund planning, for creating business cases for transactions as well as for risk and reporting capabilities. It also provides a variety of information for other applications.

For the support and application management of our applications, we are looking for multi-year support from a working student. We envision a deployment of about 60% (m/f/d).

The following focus areas are part of the responsibilities:

• You are responsible for master data maintenance for the Real Estate Asset & Fund Management Tool
• You support users from the UK, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, and Norway in their daily business.
• You help adapt the software to the specific requirements of the customers and support the further development of the Real Estate Asset & Fund Management Tool.

Your profile:

• You are a student (FH/Uni/ETH) specializing in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education and have good IT knowledge.
• You like the challenges of a world in the transformation of digitalization and are eager to apply your knowledge and skills in practice.
• You work conscientiously, independently and show interest in learning new things and developing yourself further.
• Thanks to your communicative nature, you enjoy dealing with people.
• In addition to your flawless spoken and written German skills, you have good English skills.
