Who we are
The Breitenhof Center includes a senior center with around 95 residents with different care and nursing needs as well as a day care KitS for children and seniors.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for someone who strengthens our team with heart and humor as
Certified Nurse / Certified Nurse HF

- Day responsibility and support of the team in everyday work
- Needs- resource-oriented as well as individual care
- Analyzing complex care and nursing situations, initiating measures and evaluating them
- Goal-oriented support of our trainees in the learning process
You fit with us because you bring the following requirements:
- Training level Certified Nurse HF
- Structured and independent way of working
- High social competence
- Team player
- Good physical resilience, flexibility and strong communication skills
- Confident German in spoken and written form
- Good PC skills
- RAI- / BESA- and Care Coach knowledge is an advantage
