Nooch Asian Kitchen, one of the oldest food concepts of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG, was founded in 2004 and has since brought the diversity of Asian street food to Switzerland. The offer ranges from fresh noodle, rice, and soup dishes to various curries. The interior of Nooch at Viktoriaplatz in Bern, inspired by the style of the 70s, is characterized by a unique and charming atmosphere and offers 100 seats indoors as well as an additional 100 seats on the spacious terrace.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated

Deputy Managing Director (a) 80% (also possible on an hourly wage basis!)

Your versatile tasks:

• You are the right hand of our managing person 📅

• Introducing, training, and supervising employees 👩‍🏫

• Numbers are no mystery to you – you are the master of calculation: from daily and monthly closings to inventory 📊

• You plan the shifts of your employees including time control 🕒

• You live our values and keep the business on a successful course 🌟

Your talents & experience:

• Completed hotel management school/federally certified operations manager or completed apprenticeship in gastronomy/hotel industry with corresponding professional experience 🎓

• Host/hostess with passion ❤️

• Ambition to develop further 🚀

• Organizational talent and high social competence 📋

• Good oral and written German skills 🗣️
