We are looking for a committed person for this exciting position in the care sector.

What are your tasks?

• You accompany and support our residents in everyday life and promote their independence and quality of life
• You create a respectful and varied living atmosphere in which the residents feel comfortable and at home
• You support the residents in achieving their personal goals and needs
• You plan and accompany leisure, occupational and everyday activities
• You strengthen the individual abilities of the residents and enable their participation and self-determination
• You assist with nursing and domestic tasks within the scope of your competencies
• You actively contribute to a positive team culture and the further development of our residential offerings

What do we expect from you?

• You have completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ (FaBe) or hold an equivalent qualification
• You approach people in need of support with appreciation, respect and empathy
• You enjoy building relationships and accompanying residents individually
• You like to work resource-oriented and support people in strengthening their independence and participation
• You are reliable, responsible and enjoy working in a team
