Teachers WAH & TTG
The home economics courses for the secondary schools of the canton of Zurich are conducted by Strickhof. These three-week courses with boarding take place in various course centers in Switzerland. For the courses, which are implemented in the 2nd grade of the long-term gymnasium, we are looking for you for the 2026/27 school year.
Your tasks
- You teach in your subject area and take on supervisory tasks outside of teaching in communal living
- You usually work and live during the three-week courses on weekdays in a course center
- As part of a small team, you take co-responsibility for course organization
- You actively shape the communal living in the course
Our requirements
- You have a teaching diploma for cycle 3 in the subject WAH and/or TTG
- You bring joy and commitment to your subject area
- You consider it enriching to teach and accompany young people aged 14 in this unique setting
- You think and act in a networked way, are flexible, independent, and enjoy working in a team
- You describe yourself as a humorous, pragmatic, and sociable person
A special working environment with opportunities for design awaits you. Our course centers are located in unique locations at the following sites: Affoltern am Albis, Bülach, Flumserberg, Melchtal, Rheinau, Schiers, and Weesen.
