Task:
Participation in the development of the gerontopsychiatric department. Scope for design in team development. Develop and implement ward processes and standards in close cooperation with the ward management. Commissioning of the gerontopsychiatric nursing department initially with 6-8 beds.
Requirements:
Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or SRK recognition for foreign degrees. CAS relevant to gerontopsychiatry or an equivalent further education, or willingness to acquire this. Team-oriented, independent personality and organizational skills. Cooperation and networking with internal/external interfaces and commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration. Initiative and cooperative working style. Sense of responsibility and foresighted action. High social and communication skills.
