• You advise and serve our customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic manner
• You independently manage a department and assist your colleagues in other departments
• You are responsible for concept compliance and product presentation in your department
• You share responsibility for ordering and also help at the cash register
• Together with your team members, you ensure an appealing store appearance

• You have successfully completed training in retail, ideally in the Polynatura LANDI specialization
• You preferably have experience in the areas of home and garden, do-it-yourself, and plants
• You enjoy interacting with customers and are eager to learn new things
• You are physically fit and like to get involved
• You have an independent, flexible, and reliable working style
