About the job
Office for Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy of the Canton of Thurgau is looking for a
Your tasks
After thorough training, you will independently take over administrative tasks in the debt enforcement sector. This includes internal clerical work with all associated tasks. In your daily routine, you will regularly have contact (in person, by phone, and in writing) with debtors, creditors, employers, authorities, etc.
You fit with us if you:
- have completed a commercial or equivalent education/training and have already gained professional experience,
- have a flair for numbers and are familiar with accounting,
- preferably already have knowledge in the area of debt enforcement law or are willing to further educate yourself in this field,
- work independently, precisely, and efficiently,
- are skilled in dealing with people in difficult situations,
- are able to maintain a correct but firm approach with our clients, possess assertiveness, and consider discretion a matter of course,
- have an interest in legal issues, and
- hold a category B driving license (an e-fleet vehicle is available at the location).
