Senior Specialist Pension Fund

Are you a committed, experienced and communicative individual with sound expertise in processing transactions of a Swiss pension fund? Are you looking for a new professional challenge, have a flair for numbers and distinguish yourself through precise and independent working methods? Then you should definitely get in touch with us. In our small dynamic pension fund team, we have an exciting position to fill.
These are your tasks
- Management of daily business and deployment planning of employees (control of transactions, preparation of complex calculations and information for the insured, training of employees, pending management, monthly contribution and pension runs, as well as other administrative activities)
- Independent handling of varied complex transactions such as divorces, home ownership withdrawals, retirements, disability cases (including reinsurance), deaths, and monthly payment runs (pension run, exits), ensuring monthly contribution runs
- Professional advice and timely response to questions from the insured and Human Resources
- Preparation and follow-up of foundation board and investment committee meetings including minute-taking
- Assistance in the preparation of the annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 26 and preparation of the internal control system (ICS)
What you bring with you
- You have solid professional experience at a Swiss pension fund and bring appropriate further training (e.g. specialist for occupational benefits with a federal certificate of competence)
- You enjoy providing high-quality service to the insured in German and English and are characterised by quick thinking and independent work
- You are a team player, work reliably, precisely, punctually and have a high degree of initiative and flexibility
- You are characterised by a structured approach to more complex tasks and tackle challenges with a motivating and inspiring manner, are resilient and take responsibility
- You are proficient in using MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and are not deterred by complex calculations. Knowledge of the SwissPension system is an advantage
