To expand our team in the Broker & Partner German-speaking Switzerland department based in Dübendorf (near Stettbach S-Bahn station), we are looking for a clerk to strengthen our team.

You will reinforce our well-coordinated and flexible internal service team in expanding our partner business. In the sales support area, you will care for and support our demanding insurance partner in the non-life private customer and non-life corporate customer sectors. You will be in telephone contact with our partner and customers, prepare offers, process insurance applications including other administrative tasks. In addition, you will be in regular contact with our specialist departments at the business headquarters in Lausanne.

The following diverse tasks await you:

• Support of our team in customer support and customer care
• Independent preparation of offers in the non-life sector (private and corporate customers)
• Complete and careful recording of applications
• Telephone support of our insurance partners and their customers
• General administrative and organizational tasks in daily business
• Experience in the areas of daily sickness benefits insurance (KTG), accident insurance (UVG), as well as commercial property and liability insurance is an advantage
