- The overall responsibility for the success of the project according to the project mandate in terms of budget, deadlines, and quality.
- The autonomous and responsible planning and management of construction projects.
- The management of project participants, both internal and external.
- The coordination of all planning (factory and assembly, including detailed planning) in collaboration with our factory and assembly department.
- The entry of all administrative tasks related to the projects.
What you need to bring as a solution-oriented team player:
- You have a basic education in the construction field, combined with further training as a site manager, HF construction technician, or civil engineer.
- You have several years of professional experience as a project manager in the construction sector; a great advantage in the field of precast concrete element manufacturing.
- You stand out for your initiative and strong sense of responsibility, and you have negotiation skills.
- In our demanding environment, you are able to set priorities, make decisions, and communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- You master French orally and in writing and can easily communicate in German.
