Plant Supervisor 3- and 4-Shift 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the proper setup, operation and monitoring of the extrusion plants

• Technical leadership and guidance of the assigned shift personnel

• Ensuring precise implementation of order planning regarding quantity, quality and punctuality

• Active participation in the execution of production trials

• Taking over holiday cover in the premixing department

• Technical training and support of new employees and apprentices

• Conscientious documentation of product quality in the SAP system

• Independent execution of maintenance and cleaning work on the plants

What do I need to be successful?

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and flexibility for a possible 4-shift system

• Willingness to learn and openness to new challenges

• Strong technical understanding and confident handling of numbers

• High level of reliability, flexibility and resilience in everyday work

• Strong social skills and the ability to collaborate constructively in a team

• Strong awareness of safety and environmental protection

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)

• Proven professional experience in a craft or production-technical environment
