Scientific Collaborator in Human Medicine
80 - 100% at the Department of Medicine
Particularity
The scientific collaborator is integrated into the Med-Office of the Medicine Section and works for both programmes. He or she works under the responsibility of the chairpersons of the Bachelor and Master study commissions in human medicine and in close collaboration with the coordinators of the two programmes.

Field of activity
Preparation of curricular reporting (student numbers, cohorts, success rates, etc.) and mapping (PROFILES)
Planning, synthesis and monitoring of teaching evaluations for the Bachelor and Master
Organisation of teaching certificates (Bachelor and Master)
Participation in the Bachelor and Master study commissions
Updating regulations and directives as well as contact with the admission services of the two programmes
Participation in curriculum projects of the two programmes, in particular the ongoing Bachelor reform
Requirements
University degree at master level (preferably in medical or health sciences; or in educational sciences, social sciences or related field)
Experience in project management; familiarity with guidelines and ordinances
Autonomous, rigorous and structured working style, as well as strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite; knowledge of institutional platforms (Moodle, SharePoint) is an asset
Strong service and quality orientation, as well as enjoyment in collaborating with many stakeholders (students, teachers, study commissions, admission services) and in a bilingual environment
Experience in the academic environment or in medical education is an asset
Very good oral and written knowledge of French and German, knowledge of English is an asset
