To tell our story and that of our portfolio companies authentically and creatively, we are looking for you: a motivated personality who lives content, inspires communities, and represents our brand nationwide as a Content Creator & Brand Ambassador.

Your tasks:

In this role, you are the creative voice and face of the Nexus Group and its portfolio companies. You take responsibility for our communication, focusing on storytelling, video content, and community engagement. Specifically, this means:

• Content Creation: Developing storyboards & video scripts, professional video recordings, and creative editing.
• Nationwide Communication: You are responsible for our comprehensive communication across all channels.
• Community Management: Building, maintaining, and interacting with our social media communities – you give our brand personality.
• Investor Relations: Producing high-quality video content that convincingly conveys our vision and projects.
• Innovation with AI: Developing and producing AI avatars that take our communication strategy to the next level.

Your profile:

You are creative, structured, and understand how to transform complex topics into inspiring content. Additionally, you bring:

• You already have professional experience in the media industry, focusing on content creation or commissioning for specific target groups, and have a good general understanding of marketing.
• You love creating content: you can demonstrate proven success in developing and implementing top-notch social media content for market target groups.
• You are a creative mind with a dynamic personality, drive innovation forward, and communicate proactively; you have good interpersonal skills in coordinating and guiding production partners and teams.
• You bring strong skills in filming, editing, motion design, and production management. At the same time, you have a clear understanding of the international content market, broadcast strategy, and program management.
• You speak German at a native level and fluent English; French is a plus.

Location: Winterthur or Zurich, home office possible
