Your Tasks
Co-creating and Implementing – You work on a growth-oriented marketing strategy for national and international markets and collaboratively develop creative concepts and appropriate action plans with the team.
Coordinating and Communicating – You are responsible for implementing marketing measures for our Grand Hotels, as well as across the entire resort – in close coordination with internal interfaces and external partners.
Analyzing and Planning – You conduct market and competitive analyses and support the planning and evaluation of advertising and communication measures (online and offline).
Supporting and Developing – You contribute to product and offer development, write for various channels, coordinate photo and video shoots, and actively work on marketing and communication plans.
Your Profile
Education – You have completed training in marketing, ideally complemented by a degree from a hotel management school.
Experience – You have some professional experience in marketing; experience in the hotel industry or tourism is a plus.
Personality – You work in a structured, responsible, and independent manner. With your creativity, communication skills, and quick comprehension, you excel in a dynamic environment.
