Tasks As a clerk in measurement technology procedures, you take on a central role in ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and technical development: * Develop/optimise measurement programmes/strategies based on design specifications and considering valid ISO and ASME standards and accompany the execution of production-accompanying and final quality assurance * Convert/implement/maintain maintenance specifications while defining the scope of work in corresponding work documents * Qualitatively assess repair procedures (measurement technology), support/advise production areas in applying the procedures * Train/continue training employees in quality assurance (especially final/production-accompanying component measurement) * Analyse/optimise product and process quality * Conduct/initiate special measures for fault diagnosis in case of quality problems * Develop measures for sustainable problem resolution Inspiring environment Welcome! We look forward to you bringing the following qualifications: * Completed technical vocational training * Demanding additional qualification related to the assigned tasks (e.g. technician, master craftsman, IHK business economist) * Several years of professional experience in quality assurance and component measurement desirable * Very good knowledge in measurement technology, especially coordinate measurement technology * Knowledge of aviation legislation desirable * Good knowledge of Shop Replaceable Unit processing as well as maintenance processes/systems desirable * Good IT skills and solid programming knowledge of the operating software of the measurement technology in use (Zeiss), AUKOM and Calypso certificates desirable * Knowledge of materials used in aviation and their processing desirable * Good English skills Contact Company About Lufthansa Technik AG Lufthansa Technik is the world-leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services as well as modifications in the aviation industry.
