In the UNITY team, you develop innovative solutions for the efficient optimisation of hospital processes in close collaboration with clients. Use proven standards for process analysis and modelling. What to expect: In cooperation with consultants, you support the development of concepts for diverse projects in healthcare and other industries. Actively contribute to the conception and implementation of projects and successfully put concepts into practice. A successful internship opens the option to gain further exciting experience in project activities as a working student. What you bring: Besides enthusiasm and interest in the challenges and current trends (e.g. digitalisation) of the healthcare industry, especially in hospitals, you have: Initial experience in hospital management as well as project and process management. The talent to think strategically, conceptually and analytically and to solve complex tasks. Very good MS Office and English skills. Good academic performance in your already advanced bachelor's degree in health economics, business administration or a similar field. Not a 100% match? No problem!
