As part of an internal promotion, we are looking for a new group leader for our back office at the P&C Claims department in Bern-Wankdorf. To strengthen our team, we are seeking an engaged leader to start immediately or by arrangement, who will strengthen our team both professionally and personally and proactively support and accompany our customers in the event of a claim.

In this role, you take responsibility for your team’s performance and ensure that operational goals are met. You guarantee high-quality, customer-oriented claims processing – even in complex cases – and actively contribute your professional expertise. You create clear structures, organize processes efficiently, and promote your employees through targeted knowledge transfer. In close exchange with internal and external partners, you ensure smooth operations. In addition, you actively contribute to the further development of our division – through your participation in strategic and operational workshops.
What sets you apart:
- You have a federal specialist certificate in the insurance sector or an equivalent qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in claims handling
- You are a leadership talent, ideally have already led a team, and know how to make decisions
- You are proficient in common IT tools (MS Office).
- Your native language is German. French skills are an advantage.
