Tasks
- Manage operational cleaning services on-site, ensuring quality.
- Supervise and implement cleaning activities per client specifications.
- Lead cleaning teams, coordinating tasks and managing schedules.
Skills
- CFC in cleaning or related field preferred; 5-10 years experience.
- Fluent in French, with English, Portuguese, or Spanish as a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills.

Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader Cleaning (a) 100%- Ensure operational cleaning services on site (70%)
- Supervise and implement cleaning and maintenance activities of sites, according to the specifications defined with clients (30%)
- Lead cleaning teams, both operationally and administratively (coordination of work, management of hours, entry of quality controls, etc.) Management and/or coordination of specific work at our clients
- Ordering of equipment
- Processing of invoices
- Preparation, participation and provision of documents for audits
- Replacement of the hierarchical superior during absences
- Federal VET Diploma in the cleaning sector (for example cleaning agent, operations agent), an advantage
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the service sector and in maintenance activities
- Good command of spoken and written French (English, Portuguese or Spanish an advantage)
- Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office)
- Driving licence, clean criminal record
- Service-minded, good organisation and communication skills
