Your tasks
- Operational and strategic overall management of the business
- Personnel management including scheduling, recruitment, promotion, and leadership
- Budget and sales responsibility as well as compliance with legal requirements
- Organization of administrative processes including finance and reporting
- Active presence in daily business as a visible host
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a leadership role, e.g. as head of gastronomy, restaurant manager, managing director, branch manager – preferably also with a background as a store manager in gastronomy or system catering
- Training at a hotel management school or business administration further education is an advantage
- Team player with empathy, clarity, and joy in dealing with people
