In our state-of-the-art Cargo Logistics Center Rümlang, you are part of a 110-member family. Close to the airport, you can expect outstanding infrastructure, modern working tools, and a collegial atmosphere with drive.
Your tasks
- Independent planning of national piece goods transports as well as partial and full loads, taking into account economic and ecological aspects
- Central interface between sales, customers, and driving personnel: ensuring smooth communication and optimal coordination
- Personal customer care and competent advice over the phone
- Leadership, deployment planning, and support of the driving personnel
- Close collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers
- Completion of various administrative tasks in daily business
What you bring
- Completed commercial training or equivalent further education
- Several years of professional experience as a transport dispatcher in Switzerland (mandatory), ideally in the area of piece goods
- Willingness to work shifts in a 4-shift operation (between approx. 04:30 and 22:30)
- High customer orientation, structured and efficient working style
- Resilience, sense of responsibility, and confident appearance in a dynamic environment
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French is an advantage
