Your Tasks
- Maintain constant customer contact and act as a contact person for technical questions
- Carry out maintenance work inside and outside the buildings (e.g. gardening and cleaning work)
- Perform maintenance and repairs on systems and facilities as well as document them
- Issue and monitor orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while adhering to costs, deadlines, and quality standards
- Perform maintenance work and minor repairs, if technically possible
- Willingness for on-call duty (initial intervention) and winter service work
- Monitor the maintenance and care of assigned vehicles, machines, and equipment as well as the cleaning materials used
- Completed vocational training in HVAC/Sanitary with experience in facility management or a qualification as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ and/or as a facility manager with a federal certificate of competence is an advantage
- Assertiveness and good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage, as well as good user knowledge in MS Office
- Driving license category B
