Your Field of Activity

You lead the maintenance team of the Polyworkshop Zermatt in the area of rolling stock and traction with 9 employees (including one apprentice)
You ensure the professional and timely execution of operational and heavy maintenance of rolling stock and components within your area of responsibility (Gornergrat Bahn and MGBahn). In doing so, you ensure that budgets are adhered to.
You provide on-call service and demonstrate your readiness to act in case of an incident
You promote constructive and productive collaboration within the team and further develop the employees accordingly

Your Profile

You have training as an automation technician, polymechanic or automotive mechanic and corresponding further education
You possess sound expertise and professional experience in maintenance (electrics, pneumatics, mechanics) as well as enthusiasm for the latest technology and technologies
Ideally, you already have leadership experience in a comparable role
You are characterised by high leadership and social competence, maintain a team-oriented leadership style and motivate your team as a coach
You are a flexible and resilient personality with a reliable working method and good communication skills.
