• You are responsible for the care and support of the residents
• You can take flexible shifts according to your wishes, during the week, in the morning, in the evening or at the weekend (you can help determine the working hours)
• The workload can be between 40 and 100%, depending on your preference

• You have completed training as an SRK care assistant
• For foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRK) is required
