About the job
The AV Service Team, as part of the Real Estate Department, takes care of technical as well as infrastructural equipment in seminar rooms, meeting rooms, group rooms and public areas. In addition, events are supported through infrastructure and personnel resources.
Your tasks
- First level support in teaching and learning rooms
- Material management (provision, delivery, etc.)
- Room management (seating/furnishing control)
- Operational support for events on campus
Your profile
- Enrolled student at the University of St.Gallen (HSG)
- Very good IT skills / IT affinity
- Good German and English skills
- Polished manners and appearance
- Independence, reliability, flexibility
