The tasks include:
- Leadership and further development of the finance department (2-3 employees)
- Coaching the billing team during the billing process
- Optimization and digitalization of finance and administration processes
- Monitoring and accompanying the invoicing process
- Sparring partner for management in financial and business management
- Generation and analysis of reports for management and the board of directors
- Management of the subsidiary ledgers for receivables and payables with the team
- Collaboration with the trustee during the monthly and annual closing
- Federal diploma in finance and accounting or a business degree or comparable education
- Several years of practical professional experience in finance
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality
- Service-oriented, communicative personality
- High level of personal responsibility and trustworthiness
- Team player with a holistic view
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- English and French language skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
