Steinhölzli Educational Paths offers young adults with special structural needs training and support for professional and social integration.Do you enjoy working in housekeeping/laundry and like to pass this on to young people? Perfect! You can expect regular working hours as well as a motivated team that is happy to share its knowledge and train young people.
To complement our team, we are looking for a laundry employee 100% starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your main tasks include:
• Instructing and accompanying apprentices in practical work in the laundry
• Responsibility for a work area (rotating)
• Keeping observation journals, writing reports
• Co-responsibility for the training of apprentices
• Co-responsibility for the execution of laundry orders
• Serving customers
What matters:
• A completed vocational training EFZ (housekeeping or comparable field)
• Good oral and written German skills.
• Interest and joy in working and collaborating with young people with special support needs aged between 15-25 years.
• Empathetic, consistent, and patient behavior in dealing with apprentices
• Taking co-responsibility for the training of apprentices
• Resource- and solution-oriented work
• Personal resilience, ability to work in a team, and good manners.
• Maintaining a reliable working method with a high awareness of quality.
