Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing Turning

• Processing manufactured parts: You are the expert at our turning centers (e.g. twin-spindle lathes DMG
• / Mori Seiki with bar loader) and produce single pieces or small series with ease.
• Create and optimize programs: You speak various CNC languages fluently, program confidently
• and ensure that your machines run at full speed. You constantly optimize your programs and
• surprise us with suggestions for the latest tools that make the target times look outdated.
• Prepare tools and measuring instruments: Not only the tool but also the plan is in your hands. You
• know exactly which tool and measuring instrument are needed so that nothing goes wrong and your machine runs at full speed.
• Implement technical drawings: Reading drawings like a book? No problem – you create a
• work of art from metal.
• Ensure quality: Perfection is your middle name and you find the smallest flaw.
• Machine maintenance: A drop of oil and WD40 here, a clean cloth there – you keep our machines not only
• running but in top shape.
• Support apprentices: You enthusiastically pass on your extensive machining knowledge to our
• polymechanic apprentices.

• You have basic training in mechanical manufacturing (e.g. polymechanic).
• Chips are your thing: You are very familiar with CNC turning and possibly also CNC milling, the more complex
• the parts, the better your day.
• Precision, reliability, and a systematic way of working are your calling cards.
