• Deputise for and provide professional support to the Head of Financial Accounting
• Independent management of the general ledger and asset accounting
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• Preparation and creation of VAT returns as well as support with tax declarations
• Preparation and creation of evaluations and analyses as a basis for decision-making
• Participation in various financial projects as well as in the optimisation and further development of processes and workflows
• Active collaboration with internal and external contacts and contribution to a professional and service-oriented finance organisation
• Assumption of responsibility and professional support within the team

• Completed commercial basic training with corresponding further education to the Swiss Federal Certificate in Finance and Accounting
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting as well as experience in independently managing accounting
• Good knowledge in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements; certainty in closing according to OR is required
• Knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER is an advantage
• Experience in the area of corporate consolidation is desirable
• Confident handling of ERP systems (Opale desirable) as well as very good user knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and reliability
• Enjoyment of collaboration, strong communication skills and willingness to take responsibility and support others professionally
