Night Watch Team Leader
Your tasks are:
- Team leadership of the night watch team in various residential groups, especially in the Therapeutic Residential School Group (TWSG)
- Enjoyment in working with children and young people with multiple disabilities and/or on the autism spectrum and in performing nursing tasks
- Taking responsibility for the well-being and safety of the entrusted children and young people during the night
- Empathetic support of children and young people with various impairments, especially sensory impairments in the autism spectrum, according to the action plan
- Intervention in acute illnesses and escalating psychological crises as well as initiating immediate measures in emergencies with appropriate information flow to all involved.
- Ensuring the flow of information to the night watch team and the residential groups
- Workload: 80 to 100%
You bring with you:
- Professional with a degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH / nursing professional HF/FH
- Professional experience in supporting people on the autism spectrum
Observational skills and enjoyment in supporting children and young people
- Reliability, high resilience, independence and a balanced personality
