The Zurich University of Teacher Education actively shapes education, school and teaching of today and tomorrow in teaching and research. The Department of University Didactics and Adult Education offers regional continuing education and services for universities, higher vocational education, adult education and upper secondary level II. It also supports leaders, academic staff and students with internal offerings.

Your responsibilities.
- As a research associate at the Digital Learning Centre, you coordinate projects and initiatives and take responsibility for their successful implementation.
- You design events and communicate appropriately, enthusiastically and joyfully with different target groups.
- You are motivated to explore new fields, develop innovative approaches and connect different disciplines.
- You design learning environments where technology, design and didactics interact effectively, aiming to create user-centred and sustainable learning experiences.
- You actively shape complex university didactic projects with technological expertise, conceptual strength and agile working methods.
- You work proactively with various departments within PH Zurich as well as with external partners from universities, NGOs and industry, fostering sustainable collaborations.
Your profile.
- You hold a completed master’s degree from a university of teacher education or a comparable university with university didactic or pedagogical further education.
- You have experience in the application of AI systems and bring competencies in AI literacy.
- You have knowledge and experience in design, interaction design, process design or ideation.
- You bring enthusiasm for design and want to actively shape the future of education.
- Thanks to your broad repertoire of didactic methods and your experience in project coordination, you navigate confidently in complex organisational structures. Ideally, you have already applied these skills in a university environment or are motivated to quickly familiarise yourself.
- You think complex educational processes creatively and structurally at the same time and bring openness to innovation and transformation in the university sector.
