Mould Fitter (m/f/d)

As we continue to grow steadily and the demands in the Microelectronics (ME) and Datacenter segments are rising exponentially, we are looking for highly motivated and well-qualified specialists to expand our team accordingly. In this technologically demanding position, you are responsible for the conversion and impeccable condition of the moulds required for the production of the products. You thus ensure that production can always manufacture the products in the quality desired by the customer using complex tools.

Your tasks

• Conversion and retooling of injection moulds including self-inspection
• Maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of moulds and interchangeable parts
• Storage of moulds, interchangeable parts, and consumables
• Coordination with subcontractors
• Creation and resolution of fault reports
• Ensuring processes and their proper documentation
• Participation in KAIZEN and Lean projects

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a toolmaker or an equivalent technical qualification
• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Willingness to work in two shifts
• Team player with a high sense of responsibility
• Strong social skills and good communication abilities
• Systematic and methodical approach
