Polymechanic CNC Production 100%
Would you like to apply your technical know-how in an innovative production environment? In this varied role, you will support our team with an advanced machine park in production and the new manufacture of systems and injection moulding tools. In doing so, you make a decisive contribution to the smooth operation of our highly automated production facilities and their machine equipment – in regular day shifts (no shift work).
THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:
- Programming and manufacturing precise mould and fixture components on CNC milling machines using CAM systems
- Programming components and manufacturing on a sinker EDM machine
- Independent quality control by measuring and inspecting the manufactured parts
- Contributing to and optimising manufacturing processes and workflows
- Collaboration with assembly for mould and fixture construction
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING:
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ, specialising in CNC production
- Ideally experience in a production company
- Experience with 5-axis CNC milling centres – this is a prerequisite
- Knowledge of Heidenhain controls is a great advantage
- Sinker EDM experience is beneficial
- Experienced professionals are expressly welcome
- An eye for detail and a precise, careful working style
- Enthusiasm for technical challenges and solution-oriented thinking
- Openness to flexible working and the ability to act independently and with initiative
- You appreciate stable processes, gladly take on responsibility and actively contribute your knowledge to the team
