At the Institute for Diagnostic Radiology and Neuroradiology of Emmental Hospital, we manage imaging diagnostics at both Burgdorf and Langnau locations and are also responsible for conventional X-ray examinations for several large practices in the catchment area. At both locations, we offer a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures – from X-ray and mammography to ultrasound, CT, and MRI.

We are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a

Certified Radiology Specialist HF (a) 50–100%

Your tasks – what you will achieve with us

• You independently perform radiological examinations in close collaboration with the medical team (including conventional X-ray, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, mammography: depending on the area of deployment)
• Mammography and screening training advantageous but not mandatory
• You professionally and empathetically care for patients – from preparation through examination to follow-up care
• You consistently apply radiation protection principles and ensure high image and process quality
• You work in an interprofessional environment with radiologists, nursing staff, medical personnel, and referrers from the region
• Depending on experience and interest, you can contribute to specialised services, e.g., interventional CT examinations or cardiac MRI

What you bring with you

• Diploma as a Radiology Specialist HF or equivalent, recognised training in Switzerland. (Applications from abroad: PreCheck is a must)
• Enjoyment of modern imaging and interest in a broad range of examinations in an acute hospital
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills in dealing with patients of all ages
• Responsible working in hospital operations and willingness to work shifts according to duty roster
• Team spirit, humour, and enthusiasm to contribute to a manageable, collegial team
