The Fribourg Network for Mental Health (FNPG) is administratively assigned to the Directorate of Health and Social Affairs. The FNPG is a medical, nursing and psychosocial centre of expertise specialising in psychiatry and psychotherapy and, more broadly, in mental health.

Your tasks
In view of the expansion of our psychiatric emergency department and triage:
Areas of responsibility related to emergency psychiatry
- Reception, evaluation and orientation of emergency situations
- Crisis intervention within the medical-nursing team
- Coordination of care within the network
Areas of responsibility related to triage
- Clinical evaluation by telephone or in person and assessment of the urgency of the situation
- Depending on the assessment, forwarding the request to a suitable unit within the RFSM and the entire Fribourg health network
- Management of beds under the supervision of the head nursing managers
- Promotion of the FNPG brand image while respecting and adhering to the values of the FNPG Ethics Charter
Desired profile
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling complex situations
- At least 3 years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing
- Expertise in the Fribourg social and health network
- Mastery of the specific IT tools of the ward or ease of use
- Fluency in German with very good French skills or vice versa
