The approximately 800 employees provide elderly people with a regionally unique comprehensive care service from acute medicine to rehabilitation and transitional and long-term care. This is what to expect:
As a Specialist in Health EFZ, you will support elderly people on their way back to everyday life. During your training, you will learn:
- Medical technical tasks such as changing dressings, administering medication, and taking blood samples
- Personal care, meal accompaniment, and simple nursing tasks
- To care for and accompany patients individually
- To recognize medical conditions and apply appropriate nursing interventions
- To work with medical devices and aids
- To communicate in a team and take responsibility
