- You ensure machine capability and improve existing systems
- You stabilize processes and drive new manufacturing solutions forward
- You create and maintain bills of materials, work plans, and production data in SAP
- You accompany new products until they are released for series production
- You further develop our PCB design rules (DFM)
- Technical degree or completed training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics/system technology, production engineering/manufacturing engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in programming and optimizing SMT and THT systems
- Experience in lean or six sigma methods
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of process improvement
