Quality Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for quality management as well as quality assurance within the company

• Ensuring proper incoming goods inspection

• Recording, analysing and tracking quality deviations and complaints

• Planning, preparing and conducting internal audits as well as supplier and customer audits

• Designing and delivering training on quality-related topics for employees

• Responsibility for implementing and complying with occupational safety requirements

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed technical education, ideally with further training at HF level or willingness to undertake this

• Several years of practical experience in quality management or quality assurance

• Good MS Office skills as well as experience with ERP systems

• Strong analytical skills as well as an independent and structured way of working

• Communication skills, persuasiveness and a confident manner

• High team orientation and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
