Clerk: Inventory Management 60-100%

Your Area of Responsibility

• Article Allocation: Coordination of article allocation to our branches and demand-oriented distribution of goods
• Data Analysis: Analysing stock and sales figures and deriving well-founded allocation decisions
• Disposition: Checking disposition and implementing targeted measures for optimisation
• Information Flow: Recording branch information and ensuring clear communication
• Branch Transfers/Control: Organising and coordinating branch transfers
• Interface Maintenance: Close cooperation with sales, logistics, specialist consulting and internal service management
• Process Optimisation: Active involvement in the further development of our allocation processes

Your Profile

• Education: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience: Professional experience in inventory management
• Numerical Flair: Enjoyment in working with numbers and strong analytical thinking skills
• IT Know-How: Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Commitment: Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration and process optimisation
• Language: Very good German skills, French and Italian are an advantage
