• Ensuring excellent customer service (internal and external)
• Further development and expansion of system benefits (automations)
• Operational participation in the team (data maintenance to guest consulting)

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training with further education in tourism or event management
• Several years of leadership experience
• Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness and high service orientation
• Solution-oriented and appreciative manner
• Independent, precise, structured working style characterised by reliability and flexibility
