About the job
Due to maternity leave, we are looking for a team member from October 2026 or by arrangement as
Group Leader (m/f/d)
You are motivated, enthusiastic, a team player (m/f/d) and love working with children above all else, then we have the right position for you!
As a group leader, you care for children in one of two mixed-age groups, with children aged from 3 months up to and including kindergarten, with your motivated and warm manner.
Here is what we expect from you:
- You are an upbeat person and love caring for children as well as leading a small but fine team
- and have completed training as a FaBe K or an equivalent pedagogical qualification
- In addition, you have professional experience
- or if you have leadership experience, this is an advantage
- You bring the willingness to contribute constructively to teamwork
- and are open to new things
