As an HR professional with drive, enthusiasm, and leadership qualities, you are operationally responsible for comprehensive and professional HR consulting for around 90 employees at Stadtbus Winterthur, with your open, loyal, and trustworthy manner, and you also hold responsibility for the apprenticeship system.Your Tasks
- Comprehensive HR consulting in the assigned support area, taking personnel processes into account
- Case management for long-term absences in collaboration with external agencies
- Personnel management of three HR employees
- Support of the HR management
Your Profile
- Completed HR further education or degree specialising in Human Resources or similar
- Several years of experience in operational and conceptual personnel management, strong flair for employment law issues, ideally experience in the public sector
- Team-oriented, independent, and service-minded personality with strengths in communication and organisation
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and reliable working style, high degree of independence and networked thinking
