About the job

Casa Depuoz is a social institution serving children, adolescents and adults with special learning and care needs. In our residential home for adults, we care for and support around 45 residents across five living groups in Trun and at our satellite facility Soldanella in Sedrun, as well as in our workshops.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a member of our care team for a living group for people with physical, intellectual and/or multiple disabilities in the adult sector at our location in Trun.

Responsibilities:

• Accompanying, caring for and supporting our residents in the protected living and day structure
• Independent creation, implementation and evaluation of support plans
• Organisation of the working day and leisure activities
• Responsibility for the basic care of the residents
• Active and constructive collaboration within the team and the department

We expect:

• FaBe or equivalent training in the care or work sector, career changers welcome
• Willingness to organise part of the daily routine for people with disabilities and to support them in this
• Organisational talent and creativity
• Mental resilience, patience and empathy
• Teamwork and ability to accept criticism
• Your spontaneity and natural sense of humour complete your profile
