IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

In addition to our finance and IT services, this area also includes global marketing and sales management as well as human resources. • You lead IT projects and IT sub-projects in business projects in an international environment (focus on procurement & logistics)
• You advise and support the specialist departments in evaluating new business applications and IT solutions
• You systematically capture business requirements and translate the needs of the specialist departments with your team into IT solutions
• You develop solutions within the existing application portfolio or for future applications, services & processes 
• You shape the digitalization and automation in the company and actively drive it forward
• You document project information and ensure the handover of the project into regular operations

• You have a degree in computer science or business informatics or a technical/commercial vocational training with corresponding further education
• You have at least 3 years of experience as an IT project manager and are familiar with common project methods & tools
• You bring in-depth ERP system & interface knowledge and/or experience with solutions from procurement & logistics as an advantage
• You possess pronounced analytical and interconnected thinking skills with above-average problem-solving abilities and know how to bridge the gap between IT and business areas
• You motivate and moderate at different levels and convince with your excellent communication skills 
• You work as a team player independently, structured, and goal-oriented
• You are willing to travel for external assignments if necessary (including internationally)
• You have negotiation-safe German and English language skills in spoken and written form
