The EMS Parc de Beausobre is nestled in the park of the same name in the town of Morges, and offers personalized care for 82 residents. Designed to promote intergenerational connections, the EMS is surrounded by a protected housing residence, a childcare center, and two colleges. The EMS Parc de Beausobre also has a restaurant and a cafeteria, open to all 7 days a week, a wellness area for residents (jacuzzi and sensory baths), and an aromatic garden whose perimeter is fully secured.

We are looking for our EMS Parc de Beausobre a:

Facility Manager at 70-80%

Start date immediately or to be agreed.

YOU HAVE

• A CFC as Facility Manager or an equivalent recognized title.
• Successful experience in the medico-social, hospital, or hotel sector is an asset.
• Good command of the French language (written and oral).
• A helpful and caring attitude.
• A sense of initiative and the ability to work in a team.
• Availability to work between 10:30 am and 7:30 pm.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Carry out maintenance activities of premises, furniture, and laundry.
• Manage and ensure meal service within the different units as well as in the cafeteria: reception, sales, service, cleaning, tidying, cash handling.
• Order equipment and consumables for services and residents.
• Participate in the organization of celebrations, parties, and various events.
• Manage the storeroom and waste flow.
• Validate room reservations electronically.
• Support other services in resident care within the framework of interdisciplinarity.
