The Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry is a treatment and assessment center with university affiliation. At the Center for Inpatient Forensic Therapy at the Rheinau location, offenders whose offense is based on a psychiatric illness are treated as part of a court-ordered measure. The treatment approach is based on the principle of recovery and aims at offense-free behavior with appropriate reintegration. Our forensic psychiatric security wards are a unique specialized offering in Switzerland.
For our closed measure wards at the Rheinau location, we are looking for immediate or agreed start
Your tasks
- Participation in the professional development of forensic nursing
- Active involvement in projects
- Implementation of defined measures in the nursing process (nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing planning, nursing documentation)
- Leading nursing-therapeutic groups
Your profile
- University degree in nursing (BSc / MSc)
- CAS in forensic psychiatric nursing and care or willingness to complete this
- Willingness to work both in direct care and on the conceptual level in an interdisciplinary team
- Flexibility, resilience, and enjoyment of innovative, theory- and concept-oriented work
