The family business Rahn+Bodmer Co., founded in 1750, is the oldest Swiss private bank and
employs around 200 people in the heart of Zurich. Rahn+Bodmer Co. focuses on individual
independent asset management and wealth planning and maintains long-term customer relationships over

To strengthen our Client Advisory team, we are looking for an experienced personality as
Head of Business Management Client Advisory and Wealth Planning 80-100%
Your area of responsibility:
- Overall responsibility for the Client Advisory and Wealth Planning departments
- Leadership, motivation, and development of the two employees, as well as specialist groups and committees
- Corporate development: Participation in the bank-wide specialist committee for the further development of the company in close coordination with management
- Project representation & interface management: Representation of own areas in client-oriented
projects and coordination between different specialist departments
- Process analysis & optimization: Continuous identification of improvement potentials in processes
and implementation of quality adjustments involving relevant stakeholders
- Staff tasks: advisory, planning, and controlling activities to support management
- Assistance in conducting department meetings including preparation of presentations and coordination of
topics
- Analysis and interpretation of success figures as well as explanation of evaluation results and
potential improvements to the department management
- Knowledge transfer: Planning and conducting workshops and internal training for process
users
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in the financial sector with sound knowledge of internal banking processes, preferably
in sales-related units
- Further education in business administration, project management, or a comparable field
- Proven experience in project and process management as well as in moderating meetings and
workshops
- Very good MS Office skills, experience with common AI tools; knowledge of Avaloq and
ideally Eligamo is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Professional appearance, cross-team collaboration, and clear, convincing communication
- Proactive, sociable personality with high initiative, openness to new things, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Solution orientation, networked thinking, teamwork, resilience, good manners, and willingness for occasional special assignments
- Structured, efficient, and independent working style with a pronounced organizational talent
- Strong customer orientation, high service and quality awareness
